They showed up within and hour of calling and topped off our coolant to get our system working again.
$170 fee for visit and diagnostic(which included spraying out the outside unit) doesn't go toward the repair fees, but again- knowledgeable, quick and courteous service person. Definitely spoke about updating system as most people do.
I would call them again.
I would have given 5 ☆ if the service call had been applied to the repair cost.
