Future Aire was able to have a service call done the same day and was able to repair our AC unit. The repairs needed were explained clearly along with the cost, and Jason listened to our explanation of circumstances leading up to the problem and answered all of our questions. This was on a scorching humid day when I know they were busy and we definitely appreciated it.
One of our A/Cs failed on Sunday. Monday morning, Jason B was here to help. We needed a part which Jon V tracked down quickly and Jason came back to install within an hour or so. Future Aire installed our systems and have maintained them since. We highly recommend! I’m posting this review for my mother, Sherri Redus.
They showed up within and hour of calling and topped off our coolant to get our system working again.
$170 fee for visit and diagnostic(which included spraying out the outside unit) doesn't go toward the repair fees, but again- knowledgeable, quick and courteous service person. Definitely spoke about updating system as most people do.
I would call them again.
I would have given 5 ☆ if the service call had been applied to the repair cost.
