Marty is the best! Professional, hard-working and reliable. He has taken care of my home and my son’s home since 2015. He installed a new boiler and A/C. and keeps them in perfect working order. Friendly and extremely reliable. He and his capable staff are the kind of men you can trust in your home to do the job. I love that it is a family business. The team at Controlled Heating and Cooling is superb! Day before Thanksgiving we had found out our furnace was broke. Marty came out and investigated late that evening to find out the issue. The first time i used Controlled Heating & Air Conditioning in Arnold, Mo was in 1995. I have been more than pleased with their service. I have used them for maintenance since then. I recently found myself needing a a new AC and furnace. They have made the process painless. I had a new system within days.
