“My fan stopped blowing a couple of weeks ago and it was so hot without the air conditioner blowing. I called these guys and a tech was at my house the next day. Gave me a quote of 1500$ because my house and system are pretty old and he didn't even think they made the parts for mine anymore since it mine was discontinued. Well 1470$ was alot easier for me to come up with than buying a whole new system (single mom) but he called around and found the parts he needed. Came out today and got it fixed. Charged me half of what I was expecting to pay. Didn't need one the parts. The 2 techs who did it were so nice and they didn't pressure me to get a new unit which I really do need but I can't afford it. Its working great now and ending up paying less than I thought was so amazing. I definitely recommend this place. . They were great!!!!“

$170 fee for visit and diagnostic(which included spraying out the outside unit) doesn't go toward the repair fees, but again- knowledgeable, quick and courteous service person. Definitely spoke about updating system as most people do.

“This is our second experience with Wildwood heating and cooling. And I only have good things to say. My wife was at home with the children at the time of repair. The young man who did the repair was very respectful to my wife, even to the point of asking if it was OK to come into the house even after he’d been inside doing diagnostics. He made sure to knock before entering each time which made my wife feel very comfortable and respected. In addition to the repair requested I also decided to add on the installation of a Bluetooth thermostat and upon asking for information they were not pushy at all and simply gave me the quote and told me that they could do it that day. In a service and repair world generally dominated by men it is very nice to see the respect that is due to a woman in her own home.

“Was having issues with my furnace this last winter, had issues with my AC this spring/ summer. Called ZipF-Air . They came out looked things over and since my unit was over 30 years old ( it came with the house) they said if it were them they would replace the whole deal, so I know it will work this week when the heat index is over 100% . They put a new furnace, Ac unit, and a Ac coil, all of them Trane. I was surprised that it didn't take long to take out the old stuff and replace it with the new, maybe 6-7 hours or so. There were 3 guys who put the stuff in, they could not have been nicer, and they cleaned up really good after they were done. Might have been cleaner than when they started . I can't say enough good things, anyone i know looking for HVAV/ AC i will recommend ZIPF-Air to anyone who asks and tell them if they don't check them out they are fools. This is Sunday, 2 days after they installed the unit, its says it is 93 out, feels like 106. It is 75 in my house!!!!! Thank you very much for your quick response to issue i had with my 30 old stuff.“
