“I've been using Advantage Air for more than twenty years and their expertise is second to none. AA is professionally run by kind and knowledgeable folks that treats customers fairly. I recently had my furnace go out and they explained while they could certainly fix the unit, they recommend replacement as the unit was 25+ years old. They did not want to see me put good money after such an old furnace. They were able to replace the unit the next day and hauled away the old unit. “When our furnace stopped working well after closing when the temperature was well below zero a few days ago, I called Metro Heating & Cooling expecting to get an answering service. To my surprise I got Aaron the owner. That said, he could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating as he walked me through the steps how to get it back up and running! Clearly this was service beyond the norm which created a loyal customer out of my wife and myself! If you ask me I say everyone should switch to Metro Heating & Cooling!
