Brian and his partner did a great job. Changed out the electric quickly and cleaned up. Really nice to talk with also his partner helped me with my faucet. Minor fix I truly appreciate.
Chose Chesterfield Service as their magnet was already on my furnace from the previous homeowner. So glad I did. Unfortunately woke up with no heat and I was able to get same day service. My technician, Matt C., wasprofessional, courteous and informative. Before providing any repair he made sure to explain exactly what was happening and what was needed including cost.The biggest reason to use Chesterfield Service is they are honest. He didn’t attempt to sell me a new furnace or claim my heat exchanger was damaged. He appropriately diagnosed the issue and provided great service. They even wear shoe booties to protect your floors! We had a problem with our furnace Saturday morning. We contacted your company Sunday afternoon, had someone at our house Monday afternoon. Our technician was Owen. We would give him an excellent rating. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and kept us informed about our problems and options. Highly recommend your company and Owen!
