Taylor came and performed a system check today as part of our membership plan. She was very professional and thorough, even recommending the installation of a starter assist device for our older unit. As the company knows, we have had a contract relationship with another HVAC unit, whose contract will expire in several months. The most significant review I can give is that we will be switching to Chesterfield Service once that contract is finished
The service was outstanding. Mike came and quickly found the clogged drain, and proceeded to clean it out, cleaned up everything around his work area and explained everything he had to do.
