“Recently moved to St. Louis area from Chicago suburbs. Noted
that my second floor was not adequately cooling and proceeded to add several inches of insulation. Still no change until Advantage Air came into the picture. Troy was at the house and immediately identified my issue as NO cold air return function.
Told that my fix was to run a much shorter return line. Did this and still inadequate return. He next came back with a camera and found the issue was also that my returns in the wall were blocked with wood and insulation. Had a carpenter out to repair
the returns and reline the walls. I now have a system that is working!! Troy was spot on and I am truly thankful for his
willingness and determination to get this issue fixed and done
right. Advantage Air truly cares about their customer and I
