Patrick was great. He didn’t hard sell me. Explained the options and answered all my questions. His install was excellent. Very nice and polite crew. I will refer him in the future.
Tim the technician explained what he was doing and why. He found the problem, told me the price and fixed it! He was professional and knowledgeable. Now it's nice and cool in my house again!
Patrick is our new best friend! (We are also quite fond of Townsend/Deka). Our AC unit stopped on the hottest day of the summer (naturally)! Kristie worked wonders in getting someone out here fast in spite of the current work load. Patrick was super nice and was in and out in no time! We are cool cats once again-
