“I’ve been using Welsch for over 10 years now. It started when my furnace went out on Christmas Day and it was 10 degrees outside. I called Welsch the next morning and they dispatched their tech Scott immediately. Within a few hours he had parts located, installed, and the furnace working again. Well this time, my A/C decided to fail one afternoon when it was 90 outside with high humidity. I called Welsch and they had their tech Scott here again within 24 hours. Scott arrived in the mid afternoon, troubleshooted the problem, located parts and had the unit up and running before he left in the evening. Definitely a comforting feeling when Scott shows up at your door. Fantastic company that hires dispatchers and technicians who try everything to get your units repaired and working. They will be my first call for any future HVAC needs.“

“Recently moved to St. Louis area from Chicago suburbs. Noted
that my second floor was not adequately cooling and proceeded to add several inches of insulation. Still no change until Advantage Air came into the picture. Troy was at the house and immediately identified my issue as NO cold air return function.
Told that my fix was to run a much shorter return line. Did this and still inadequate return. He next came back with a camera and found the issue was also that my returns in the wall were blocked with wood and insulation. Had a carpenter out to repair
the returns and reline the walls. I now have a system that is working!! Troy was spot on and I am truly thankful for his
willingness and determination to get this issue fixed and done
right. Advantage Air truly cares about their customer and I
