By Wednesday afternoon, I had a brand new water heater installed by two super nice people, who even kept an eye out to make sure our cat didn’t escape. $170 fee for visit and diagnostic(which included spraying out the outside unit) doesn't go toward the repair fees, but again- knowledgeable, quick and courteous service person. Definitely spoke about updating system as most people do.

They did the initial builder install in our home and now, almost 20 years later, replaced both systems including humidifiers, media filters and Honeywell programable thermostats with an app. The cost was the most reasonable I could find of the HVAC companies that have been around a long time.
