“Working with Jonathan at Elev8 Wellness has been single-handedly the best decision I've ever made for my fitness. My whole life I only intermittently ran or jogged and was afraid of weightlifting - I had never attempted it and had a weak baseline. At 29, I injured my lumbar spine at work and for five years I dealt with periodic pain and disruptions in my ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time without discomfort. I tried physical therapy with various treatment modalities but nothing was effective.
Then, last year, I finally gained the courage to schedule a consult with Jonathan. He was immediately welcoming, knowledgeable, encouraging, and optimistic about my potential. I was still intimidated during my first couple of workouts, but I'm shocked by how comfortable and empowered I quickly became! I was also hesitant that training only one day a week would make a meaningful impact, but I was tremendously wrong! I've now been consistently going just once weekly for 10 months, and I cannot believe the difference. My back pain is nearly non-existent, I'm ACTUALLY LIFTING WEIGHTS, and this is entirely because of Jonathan.
I cannot begin to articulate how vastly knowledgeable Jonathan is, but his true superpower is his ability to make anyone feel comfortable, supported, and empowered! It's evident he trains individuals of all ages across the full spectrum of fitness levels, from absolute novices to top-tier sports performers.
