I have been working with Cory for a little bit over a month now - and I can already tell the significant difference in my muscle tonality. The first thing about Cory and his business that I admired, was his website. It is clear, concise, and has a lot of great examples of real clients with real results. Secondly, his timeliness to responding is on point, for example after the first time I emailed him - he responded within a couple hours, and we had set up our first meet for the very next day. Before coming to Cory, I tried searching online for fitness help and even hired a virtual coach: both were worthless. I wasn't able to articulate what my personal needs were before Cory helped me define them and showed me my own physical condition.Cory is a professional who is invested in his work and in your results. He doesn't run his clients through the same universal program - each workout plan is customized to your needs and he keeps meticulous records.
