Parking is still atrocious; no surprise given the entitlement we all know too well in this area (so many ‘alpha males’ and oversized egos, lol). The patio refresh looks fantastic, though. The only drawback is when the corporate guy camps out there with the manager; it feels a little odd seeing guest seating used for work meetings or employee breaks.“

2720 W 43rd St, Minneapolis“I worked out with Todd at Fundamental Strength for more than a year. Then I moved and I miss it! Todd's way of exercising covers every aspect of movement health in one contained hour, so you can show up once a week or four times a week! I came in a lifelong exerciser, but Todd's program was almost a rehab/therapy that fixed things I wasn't doing quite right. It was tough at the beginning, but after about three months I felt more strong, flexible, and balanced. Todd's program incorporates DNS and other modalities in a comprehensive plan without focusing on one aspect of health while ignoring others. And as a huge bonus, you're working out with a couple of other interesting people in each session and Todd has a knack of guiding an interesting conversation while you're working out. I'd give Fundamental Strength 10 out of 10 if I could.“

“I attend MVMT Lab through class pass and it is my favorite option. It delivers the variety in strength and mobility exercises that I was looking for. No day is ever the same, but each class I leave sore and satisfied. You can go at your own pace and challenge yourself. The instructors give great feedback on form. Welcoming atmosphere!!!“

12990 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie“After a fairly serious head on collision back in late December of 2025 . I found myself in need of some Physical Therapy. I just so happen to work out in the same location as Tyler at Evo Perfomance Rehab. I stopped in to speak with Tyler about my situation. After visiting with Tyler and him explaining how we might be able to work together to get me back to better. I was excited to get started.
I had sever lower back pain to the point where id get stuck in precarious positions and id need assistance to get free. Movement in my neck was way low. My shoulder and scapula region were in constant pain. leaving little mobility in my right arm as well as repeated occurrence of tingling sensation and my arm going completely numb. I was unable to work my usual job as a carpenter and had to completely shift my life.
Thanks to Tyler's knowledge and overall care he takes for his patients and his work. I am now able to move about a lot more freely. I'm no longer getting stuck, I can move my arm in ways that used to bring pain and cut shortness of breath with no hesitation at all now. I am also a lot stronger thanks to his approach and I feel set up to be injury free thanks to my new found strengths in places I had no idea I was lacking.

Amongst the 4, this is probably the nicest LA Fitness I've been to; Great custodial staff, nice equipment, and good spacing.
My pet peeve with the place is that people so frequently leave weight on machines, dumbbells laying in the middle of the floor, EZ- bars and dumbbells put back in the wrong places, etc.
In pre-school they teach us to put our toys back in the toy bin we got them from, yet it feels like there's a secret pact amongst the members of this gym to drop all etiquette and sometimes even go out of their way to put things back in the wrong places.
Unfortunately, I dont see how this could improve because there are already signs around the gym saying to rerack weights: it just doesn't matter.
I would recommend this gym, but be prepared to rerack others' weights 75% of the time you need to use a machine, and expect the chance that you have to go on a scavenger hunt to see where the weights you need were last used/left.
It's really not a huge issue, it just surprised me as I've never seen it that bad.“

LA Fitness on Hopkins Crossroad is a fantastic facility, especially after the major renovations they did a few years ago. Over the last couple of years, I've noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the equipment and the men's locker room, which is much appreciated.
My only minor complaint is that the sauna doesn't always smell the best, but that aside, it's a great gym. The variety of equipment and classes available makes it easy to keep workouts interesting and effective.
Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well-maintained and comprehensive fitness center.“
