“From start to finish, this was an absolutely fantastic experience. Andrew was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly, communicated everything clearly, and took the time to do the job right. The before-and-after pictures of the ductwork were honestly pretty incredible — I couldn't believe the difference.
They cleaned the ducts, AC system, and dryer vent, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. What really stood out to me was the communication and attention to detail. Even though I wasn't there when they arrived, I had no concerns whatsoever about giving them access to my home. Andrew kept me updated, got everything taken care of, and left the house exactly the way he found it — locked up and secure.
Andrew deserves a huge shout-out. It's not very often you hire someone and walk away thinking, “Damn, I'm really glad I went with this company.” That's exactly how I feel about Gray Duct.
The work was excellent, the communication was excellent, and the entire experience was better than I could have hoped for. If you're on the fence about getting your ducts cleaned, stop looking and call these guys. You won't regret it.
And I'll say this without hesitation: I will not be choosing anybody else to work on my ducts ever again. Gray Duct has my business from here on out.
Thank you, Andrew, and thank you Gray Duct! You guys absolutely earned this 5-star review.”
