We had a great experience with Elander installing a Humidistat. The technician (Kevin) was very personable and willing to explain why stuff was installed as it was. The install looks clean and worked great. About 6 months after install I noticed they ran a wire where I planned on doing some work on my house. They were quick to respond and come out to move the cable.
