I called in the morning and asked for service on my furnace - they were able to come the same day. Technician was friendly and quickly assessed the problem. He showed me pictures and explained what the repair entailed. The final work was scheduled for the next business day.Service: Heating system repair
Repair origin story is long. The first guy thought it was good, but it didn't work out. They sent another crew and made the repair under warranty. That part was great.I was duped by a sales guy to get voltage drops checked. That took the electrician less than an hour and cost 439 bucks. He wasn't super transparent about the results of the test either. But that's on me, not them. I should have known better. So, they get 5 stars for quality of work and making it right.
Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at Service Today were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This company places a high value on making sure their customers are satisfied with the service provided (or at least that was my experience). Highly recommended.
