“I want to give a shout-out to Water Heaters Now for showing compassion and professionalism, even though I ultimately didn’t hire them for the job.
My initial experience with the technician they sent out wasn’t great, and I was told my job was impossible without cutting a hole in my wall. I decided not to move forward, but Ray, the owner, and Nate reached out to me almost immediately to apologize for the experience. About 30 minutes later, they followed up again to share what they recommended having the next company check.
That extra effort meant a lot. They didn’t have to take the time to follow up or offer advice, especially knowing they weren’t getting my business. They genuinely seemed concerned about helping me find the right solution, and I appreciate that they also addressed the situation with the technician who came to my home.
Although I ultimately went with another company due to pricing, I believe good businesses deserve recognition for how they treat people, even when there’s nothing in it for them. Thank you, Ray and Nate, for taking the time to make things right and showing that customer service and compassion still matter!”
