He explained up front what the price would be and provided detailed explanations.
He’s providing us with the documentation we need for the contractor as this was done wrong and the home is only 3 years old.
I truly appreciate his person-ability, honesty and lack of trying to upsell.

Jack was curteous, knowledgeable, and he fixed my problem. He also did some extra checks and found anither issue that he fixed to prevent problems in the cold season. I am very happy with his service! And thank you, guys, for not charging for diagnosis visit! That is great!
Dylan with the face tattoos was amazing. Excellent customer service, explained exactly what he was doing and why. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a water heater replacement or any plumbing work done. Even answered an unrelated question and educated me instead of trying to sell me something that would not have worked as I expected.
