Woke up to a water heater that had essentially popped, leaking water everywhere into our basement. Dylan was on site within the hour and had completely replaced the water heater with a new one only a couple of hours after that. He was professional, efficient and completely transparent, and ultimately saved us from a problem that could have gotten much, much worse.

Jack Johnson was the tech who came to do the annual inspection of my air conditioner. Jack was thorough, and very professional. He explained everything that he was going to doing advance and then when he finished he showed me photos of how everything looked inside and made recommendations on what I might want to consider addressing at some point - no pressure to complete the suggestions today. So reassuring!
