Repair/Service person was extremely knowledgeable and courteous on my furnace and air conditioning checkup. I purchased 2 Lennox furnaces from them and have had 25 plus years from the first one and the second one for 15 years with no reason to not expect 20 plus as well. My air unit needs a new capacitor in near future so hope to replace in spring. In next year or two may need an air unit replacement but will check it in summer. He was informative and positive without being pushy. Have used Gentz for many years now and I would recommend them.

Zach was so informative. He explained all the plumbing options in a way I understand. He also tested my water, which other plumbing services never did. I now know more about my house and how to create a safer living environment for myself, family and my pets. Thank you so much!
