After purchasing a new home with a new A/C and furnace I was extremely frustrated to learn my A/C was malfunctioning. After 6 weeks of working with the original installer (Genesis heating & Air) I fired him and hired called LaSalle. Mike is a Saint! Called back, came out, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in the same day! Hire a professional.Call at LaSalle.
I have been using LaSalle for the past several years. Max and Charlie are awesome and extremely personable. We were having some issues with the furnace a few days ago, of course when the temps were going below zero. Charlie was out to our home within 2 hours and got the issue resolved! He also took the time to provide me with information about properly using the HRV and AprilAire humidifier together. I have referred LaSalle to several of my home buyer clients and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!
