We had Charlie come over for an AC issue. He was very thorough, detailed, explained all the choices very well and what could be causing the issue. He suggested a multi step approach to resolve our issue without us having to spend on upfront services that might not help. I really appreciate his patience and thought process. He also noticed another issue in my basement that was unrelated which I appreciated. Never felt rushed and dint try to upsell me on anything. If you are in need of HVAC repair I would highly recommend LaSalle. Their pricing seemed very reasonable to me.
After struggling to connect with the original installer of our A/C unit, LaSalle not only took my call promptly, but they were able to get me on the schedule within three days despite this being their busy season. Max took the time to get us up and running, and even stopped beforehand to ensure he had the correct refrigerant for our unit in the chance it needed it (it did). He was quick, professional, and very down-to-earth. We are so grateful to have our A/C running finally and very thankful to have a trustworthy, family-owned business we can recommend to others. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling for their home!!!
LaSalle has been out to our house 3 times over the last year, no fault of theirs. Each time it has been Max. They are fair, honest and take the time to explain things to you, if you care to know. Excellent customer service.
