Whoever gave max and the la salle crew 1 star is a troll. I keep coming back to la salle and they continue to deliver with great service and honesty. 4.9 stars and climbing after 300 reviews is all you need to know. I will be recommending la salle to anyone I know in the metro.
We had Charlie come over for an AC issue. He was very thorough, detailed, explained all the choices very well and what could be causing the issue. He suggested a multi step approach to resolve our issue without us having to spend on upfront services that might not help. I really appreciate his patience and thought process. He also noticed another issue in my basement that was unrelated which I appreciated. Never felt rushed and dint try to upsell me on anything. If you are in need of HVAC repair I would highly recommend LaSalle. Their pricing seemed very reasonable to me.
