Home Care Heating and Air provides quality customer service, communication, and transparency. Chad was courteous, expeditious and professional, and the service was highly recommended. Teng Lee was super helpful in servicing the AC and provided a plan for the future to maintain units. Teng was able to come out next day, worked on the AC unit in 90 degree weather, and provided options and answered all questions. Alex was great in showing what he was doing and explaining all options for the furnace, with no pressure and never rushed. The technician, Teng, was very thorough and very clear with recommendations, and was very pleasant, calling inbound to see if he could pick up a cup of coffee. The business is located in Burnsville, MN and serves the south metro and surrounding areas. They handle all heating and cooling needs, bridging a gap between the chimney and HVAC trades.
Teng did a did a wonderful job repairing our AC. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working properly as well as doing the necessary legwork to get our system operating To its fullest potential. Awesome service!
Alex was great in showing us what he was doing and explaining all our options for our furnace. There was no pressure and we never felt he was rushed while at our house. We really appreciate his visit after having two prior conflicting reports earlier, and are glad we called Home Care for a third opinion.
The technician, Teng, was very thorough and very clear with recommendations.
