I've done business with Gopher Heating and Air Conditioning for two separate home projects. I could not be more satisfied with the Professionalism and Quality of their work. Add to that, the ease of working with them to plan, schedule, purchase and get the mechanicals installed and you have a top-notch business with fantastic, Customer centric service. I made a switch from another larger HVAC business/provider in the same area who I used for roughly 18 years and the experience is not even close. My only regret is I had not called Gopher all those years ago!Services: Heating system installation
The nice lady who answers the phone, Patty, is an absolute delight, is very practical, and has a real can-do and helpful way of doing things. I asked for her advice on how to proceed with a problem, and she gave me a compassionate ear, and unvarnished wisdom.She was then able to put me in touch with Barry, who, after meeting him, we will forever call “Super Barry”. He was able to fix the problem that another HVAC company had created. Plus, he was very kind in his explanations, worked quickly and efficiently, and was respectful of our space.I believe I have found our new heating and cooling people. Will be happy to do business with them again.
Barry went above and beyond, even trying to get us back running two days before our appointment. Great service and so glad I called Gopher before allowing others to replace the system ? ???????
