Luke was able to get to our house within 3 hours of us calling on a Sunday. He found the issue quick, and we were able to stay in our own house tonight instead of staying at a friend's. “I got several quotes to replace my HVAC system and was feeling overwhelmed by the vast differences in quotes from the handful of companies I had come out to inspect and provide their recommendation. Luckily, my Dad recalled Angell Aire as he used this company for all things HVAC for the entirety of time in our childhood home. Mike and Phil were both very communicative and it was so helpful getting their feedback with how knowledgeable they are. Not only did they come back with several options - the best most efficient options with higher end equipment came in at a lower price ($1200 less) than the other quote I was considering (which was a basic replacement of the same furnace/AC set up). After choosing Angell Aire on a Tuesday, they were able to come out the following Monday (holiday weekend Fri-Sat). Elijah and Wyatt came out and landed on time and immediately got to work. We had an amazing experience with Gopher HVAC! The owner treated us like family. We called on a cold Tuesday afternoon in December, and they sent someone out that same night!

By the next day, we had a brand-new Lennox furnace and AC unit installed. The installaters were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything neat and clean and worked hard to make sure we had heat that same day.
