“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.“

“It’s July. The weather is threatening to only get worse as the inevitable heat wave is upon you (90F+) What happened? Air Conditioning failure. Through the beads of sweat on my brow I pick up my phone and try to find a local hero to come to my rescue. My initial point of contact explained they could have someone on site first thing the next morning. No cape. No grand entrance music. Just a calm phone call telling me he’d be there within thirty minutes. I explained my problem. The technician was quick to identify and address my problem on site (A capacitor had failed on my A/C unit). Once resolved he said with a smile, “it’s running now”. Then I knew, not all hero’s wear capes. Some just have a friendly attitude and a wealth of knowledge along with a shirt that says Rumpca Services Inc. Thank you Josh! “I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent.
