“We own multiple properties around the twin cities metro. We had an after hours no heat call and everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. Never fun to deal with no heat in a Minnesota winter. Perfection made it a lot easier.The technicians were professional and gave great knowledgeable recommendations.We then decided to do an extensive project with perfection. (Adding 4 forced air AC units and replacing 4 20+ year old Furnaces). “I had my furnace and A/C replaced by Ray N Welter and had a great experience. I had to get multiple quotes and they were the only one who told you the whole truth and did not try to upsell like many of the others. The quality of work done was phenomenal fixed the ductwork since it was wrong before. Also definitely get a 5 inch filter it is worth it. Once I need a new one I would not hesitate to go back to them hopefully not for a long time :)“

“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

“As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. I’m satisfied with what I paid.I will recommend Erickson to others.“

“I didn't know if I would ever use this, but I did. My furnace stopped working on a thursday. Called right away at 7am. Dude that helped me on the phone wasn't the nicest. But KB service called me back about an hour and a half later and got someone over later that afternoon. Sean came. He was awesome. Figured out what was wrong with it. They needed to order part and told me Monday. I went and got some space heaters and waited the 3 days. On Monday kb service called me back, and said they were sending ado out. Again. He was super awesome as well and got my furnace up and running! Not sure if I should be leaving review for homesmart or kb.“
