Overall, DucTech HVAC remains a trusted company for reliable and friendly HVAC support.
We had a great experience with Nick and the team at Ductech. After Aquarius incorrectly diagnosed the issue with our mini-splits, we reached out to Ductech for a second opinion. Nick came out within a couple of days, took the time to properly diagnose the problem, and explained everything clearly. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced compared with other companies we contacted. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. We’re very glad we called Ductech and would absolutely recommend Nick and his team to anyone in need of HVAC service!
Received my bid on Monday and AC was installed today on Wednesday. The guys were super respectful and explained everything completely. I also used them 6 years ago at a different property and had the same experience. They are super transparent and have great customer service. Do not use anyone else!
I had a full AC replacement done by Ductech.
Everyone was fantastic, Danielle referred me. Pat, Nick & Ben all did a fantastic job!
Fair price and in a timely fashion.
Thank you Ductech!!!
