R&S HVAC
“Our furnace went out late on a Friday night, I called R&S HVAC because of the sticker on our furnace. They responded very quickly and even though there was nothing that could be done that night Aaron was able to tell me where to buy replacement parts on Saturday morning. As I was driving home with new part Aaron checked in again! 12 hours from time our furnace went down until it was blown heat again on a weekend in January is pretty awesome! Highly recommend R&S HVAC for great customer support!”
MSP Plumbing Heating Air
“We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. Leaking pipe in the lower level ceiling. Stressful, right? The earliest we could get a plumber to come to our place was Monday at noon. MSP Plumbing Heating and Air responded to our call for help and arrived on time on a Saturday. Mason was terrific. Positive and thorough. Explained everything. He even expedited their partner American Water Damage to handle the insurance claim and begin the drying out process of the water damage. We should be made whole by Tuesday. I highly recommend MSP Plumbing Heating and Air. If they are this good for an emergency, I can imagine they would be fabulous on a regular project.”
