“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! “From when I called for an appointment to when I met the owner for an estimate to replace our hvac system, I was put at ease and could tell this was a trustworthy business. I chose Boehm after getting 3 other estimates from companies you might see on TV and I know I made the right choice. On install day, not only was Tom incredibly kind and an expert at his job, he also cleaned up some shoddy work another contractor left without even being asked. He gave me all the info I needed about the furnace, the AC and the wifi controller we had already purchased but couldn't install previously due to lack of one wire. I felt comfortable leaving Tom and his teammate there while I needed to run an errand and they assured me from the start that someone would always be there - they would not leave the house unoccupied. In addition to replacing the hvac, they were also able to provide several helpful recommendations for contractors they work with on larger jobs. “Josiah is a great guy, personable and professional. He did a great job and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately he works for a company that puts extreme profit margins ahead of reasonable pricing that reasonable people can afford. The company charged $ 1,000 for an hour of work and the materials cost would have been under $100. It was a simple in-line shut off valve replacement. What other profession can charge $1000/hour and get away with it? It’s unfortunate these companies all charge the same and the consumer has no other choice but to pay if they want the job done“

“We recently had a 'worst case scenario' situation: furnace failure during a sub-zero temperature stretch while we were out of state due to emergency travel. I received an automatic email notification that my Wifi thermostat lost connection with my home Wifi service late on a Wednesday afternoon - which sometimes happens during a power outage or Wifi interruption. But there was no notification that the Wifi connection had been restored as of Thursday early AM, so I decided to connect with a trusted neighbor to confirm whether our furnace was still working... he entered our house with a spare key and reported that our house was 40F at 8:30AM, furnace was dead, thermostat blank.

I immediately called Four Seasons, described my panic situation with Howard, who immediately committed to sending a most capable furnace service technician Dan to our home by noon to restore furnace operation.

Dan proceeded to visit without me present and restore power to the furnace via spare parts he had available. Parts were ordered but were not going to arrive until early next week - and the fix in place on Thursday was not expected to be permanent until parts arrived. That kicked off 48 hours of furnace running to heat the home only to fail again, requiring Dan to visit and reset the switch - all while we were still not able to return home.

In the meantime, Howard was in touch with me before 5:00AM on Saturday to confirm if the furnace was working (it wasn't). Ultimately, later Saturday AM with further troubleshooting Dan found a clever, reliable fix to replace the faulty switch until the new parts arrived; that fix kept the furnace running through the weekend until the parts arrived.

Update from the following Monday: furnace fixed, still under warranty, new parts installed and one very grateful and happy customer. Four Seasons Air Specialists have earned my business going forward... thank you Howard and Dan!! My urgency became their priority. Trusted in your home even when you are not.“

“Our furnace decided to stop working. I called at 8am and they were able to send out a technician by 2pm. The part that needed to be replaced was the circuit board. Since our furnace is an older model, the part had to be couriered in same day. The technician returned after the part was delivered, and was was able to quickly replace the part and get the furnace working. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future!“
