I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! “We were looking to replace our 22 year old furnace and A/C which had low efficiency. We worked with multiple contractors to select a system, and learned much during the process which of course change our design requirements. Neil was helpful, responsive, and patient with us and we selected them for the installation of a new furnace, heat pump and ERV air handler and smart thermostat.They were familiar with all of the utility rebates and tax credits available to us and included the cost of the MVEC load management meter in the bid. Lofgren filed all of the paper work for the utility rebates.They managed expectations by under promising (2 day install) and over performing (2/3 day install). Crew was neat and cleaned up afterwards. They even put up with our curious questions during install.We have had one service call on the equipment (installed 9/1/23, service 1/9/24) for icing on the heat pump. Chad was on time and quickly resolved the issue by improving drainage and adjusting thermostat defrost settings. System has been working great.In part because of the MVEC HP energy discount, we have been saving 30-40% over previous year, adjusted for heating degree days.Would highly recommend Lofgren to others for both pre-sales effort and service performance.“

I appreciated the honesty and patient explanations for my questions (as I don't know anything about boilers).“
“Robert quickly called me back on a Saturday about my furnace that wouldn't output heat. He informed me of a likely timeline to get a new part. Knowing the cost of emergency weekend services, it was so considerate of him to give me advice over the phone about the first things he would check out Monday morning. “My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great. So Ted checked out water heater and determined it was not repairable, and the unit was 2 years past the warranty. Ted gave me a price and had the right heater in stock for my place and he had it installed and running in two days which was great to have hot water again. They left no mess, the service was great, and a special thanks to Jean.“
