We have been customers of S&R Appliance Repair since 2005. They are consistently knowledgeable and courteous. Scott listened carefully to our needs. We recently had a heat pump, furnace, air purifier, zoning, and controls installed by Scott, Alex, Jim, and Sam in one day. Before they left, they taught us how to use it and what to expect. They left the house clean and removed the old units and packaging. Two days later, on a Sunday, Scott phoned to follow up. If we could give more than five stars, we would give them to S&R! Elaine H.
Joe came out and did a fabulous job repairing my furnace. Very professional and courteous. We are warm again! He charged me way less than I expected to have to pay! Rob and his team did an overall tune up on our HVAC system yesterday. They installed a humidifier, replaced filters, and even fixed several leaky valves. Couldn't be more happy with their service and price. I finally have an HVAC company I can count on! I'm definitely going to recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors!!!
