They went right to the problem
They knew exactly what it was , got a part and fixed the issue in no time
I'd highly recommend calling them next time with any issue you may have

Best experience I have ever had with a cooling company! Our work's ice machine was not working. Erik came out the next day! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and showed me how to do the fixes myself in the future. I will be using these guys from now on!
