“It’s July. The weather is threatening to only get worse as the inevitable heat wave is upon you (90F+) What happened? Air Conditioning failure. Through the beads of sweat on my brow I pick up my phone and try to find a local hero to come to my rescue. My initial point of contact explained they could have someone on site first thing the next morning. No cape. No grand entrance music. Just a calm phone call telling me he’d be there within thirty minutes. I explained my problem. The technician was quick to identify and address my problem on site (A capacitor had failed on my A/C unit). Once resolved he said with a smile, “it’s running now”. Then I knew, not all hero’s wear capes. Some just have a friendly attitude and a wealth of knowledge along with a shirt that says Rumpca Services Inc. Thank you Josh! They will be out in within a week to install a new AC unit whenever I call them with a problem I feel like I get immediate attention.“

“Omg, Erik is the best and made install so easy for our speed queen washer. Woodbury SW were not helpful and added a lot of fees which they couldn't explain. Erik was honest and made it simple for new washer installation and haul away old washer. He took care in moving washer upstairs and showed us all the settings. Also we saved so much time and money through Erik that we won't go with big box stores anymore.“
