My new favorite plumbing company. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, fairly priced. Also - conservative. I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! Highly recommend again.

I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing and Heating (BNPH) both for an upgrade to my boiler and for a repair of the same. Bob Newton was the contact for the upgrade and is absolutely fantastic to work with. Calm, knowledgeable, professional and explained everything clearly. There was no “sales pitch” and no pressure. There was a change in scope during the installation and it was easily accommodated and the price reduced accordingly. Tom, the technician that did the install was terrific. He was at the door promptly at 7:00 am and worked nonstop over the 3 days he was here doing beautiful work. The job originally was estimated at 5 days and Tom did it in 3. We used Bruce Nelson to replace a bathroom faucet (provided by us). Dan arrived a few minutes before the time slot. He was prompt, courteous, competent, and didn't waste a minute. Answered our questions, cleaned up nicely. Excellent work, and much cheaper ($200) than the outfit with a picture of two brothers on their yellow trucks. Bruce Nelson will be our go-to plumbing service.
