I had a fantastic experience with Priority Heating & Cooling Inc, and a special shoutout to Scott on their team who went above and beyond to help. My laundry room started to flood on the weekend. I had a little hiccup with the AI weekend receptionist, and Scott saw the transcript of the call, called me back, and came over to inspect the flooding - all in less than an hour. My AC unit was dying and had a burnt wire. He patiently walked me through the different options (repair vs replace) and the pros and cons to each.
