Our technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They were able to schedule me for an appointment same day when my furnace wasn’t starting with a -15 degree wind chill. They called 10 minutes before he arrived and he fixed the issue promptly. This is the 3rd time they’ve been at my house and it is the same high level is service each time.

Priority Heating and Cooling replaced both our furnace and central A/C 3 years ago. I just had them out to ensure the furnace was in good shape and operating properly and efficiently.
