Rumpca Services is a plumbing company known for its prompt and professional service. They offer quick response times, even for emergencies. Customers have praised the company's knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices. They also complete HVAC work and are a certified repair company. Everyone is polite and acts with a sense of urgency, providing excellent and fast service to both residential and commercial clients. Rumpca pulled the permit and coordinated with Excel for a new gas line. They offer drain cleaning and plumbing with competent, professional, and personal service. Rumpca came out same day to fix a hot water tank and other upgrades. They are clean, friendly, and efficient, saving clients from cold showers and overheating from bad air conditioner.
We discovered the pipe to our outside faucet was leaking, (more like spraying) in the garage and at 8:05 a.m. I called Rumpca services because they had done an exceptional job for us a year or so before. Friendly and helpful, she said she could have someone out right away - and at 8:20 there he was. He discovered the problem, replaced the failing pipe and was gone within the hour. Crossed that off the list of my busy day. Thank you so much!
I had a great experience with Rumpca Services thanks to Zach. He was incredibly professional, honest, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He even gave me some excellent preventative plumbing maintenance advice. It’s hard to find technicians this trustworthy—I would highly recommend Rumpca Services!
Had a bathroom exhaust fan installed by them. Jeff and team did a great job finding the best setup for us, and coordinating with Park Grove Electric on the project. Work was done less than a week after coming out to look at our setup. Work has been done by them on my house by past owners, I see why as they are a great company to work with!
