The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!

Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).

They added zoning and an air exchanger to our 55 year old home and installed venting for a kitchen exhaust fan. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.“
