Mike came to give me a bid for a project I was told I needed. He spent over an hour exploring the problem, even going up in my attic, and then told me the repair wasn’t necessary. When I requested a bill for his time, he declined to send me one. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely use his services when I do have an issue. I will also recommend him to any one else in need of hvac services.
