Jake and his assistant, Johnny, were highly knowledgeable, most efficient and very respectful throughout our Comfort Matters plumbing appointment. We recently had Comfort Matters out to do a furnace and AC tune-up on my dad's house, which we're getting ready to sell. During the tune-up, they discovered the furnace had cracks and needed to be replaced. From there, they walked us through every step of the process, giving us multiple quotes and options for replacing just the furnace or the furnace and AC together. Once we made our decision, they scheduled a technician to come out the very next business day.
