“I had an 18 year old 90% efficient single stage furnace. It was okay but the fan created drafts while it was warming up and was noisy. It finally quit working so I called Superior. The crew was friendly, knowlegable and quick. I now have a 2 stage that is quieter and the heat is more comfortable. I got totally fed up with it. I got jerked around left right upside down backwards. So I called elk heating and cooling. They came out within 45 minutes. Corrected the problem. The technician was Rich he’s fantastic intelligent didn’t waste any time he acted professionally he spoken intelligently. He knew his business 100%. This is a fantastic company and they get the job done first time.“
