Legend has done several jobs - big and small - for me through the years, on rentals and my residence. They are more reasonable than other companies. They make every attempt to give you same day service. I highly recommend Legend.

Highly recommend! Mike's team has been out at our place a few times. Different issues, old house issues. Most recently they installed a beautiful new furnace for us. We cannot believe how efficient it is and quiet. We don't have to worry about our old one going out in the middle of the night and having to try and fix it. His team definitely had to do some custom work to be able to fit the furnace in a small area in our town home. This past summer Mike's team came out and diagnosed why we had absolutely no pressure to our outside spigots. Initial contact was with Mike. My parents furnace was broken. Mike made all efforts to schedule a repair as soon as possible. Dan came out next morning on time. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was polite and seemed like he cared. Ended up being an easy fix of electrical wiring. Another service could have made it more complicated.
