Our water heater stopped working, our basement flooded. Our home warranty company referred us to Water Heaters Now and I am so thankful!!

I spoke with Nathan and Jon. They helped me navigate the home warranty side of the issue as well as schedule a next installation of a new water heater. They called and texted and were so efficient.

“These guys are great! We had a portion of sewer line break and needed to be repaired under our driveway. They clearly communicated what costs would look like depending on what route they needed to go for repairs (1 hole vs. 2). While onsite for the repair, they had consistent communication on when water would be shut off and what they needed. Luckily they were able to get the job done with only 1 hole needing to be opened. Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained.
