We've had Alex come out twice for some plumbing work because we liked working with him so much the first time! First time was just some work under the sink and the second time was replacing our water softener.First off, he is SUPER responsive. Every time we reached out via email we heard back within a day, sometimes within an hour. Super speedy, something that doesn't feel too common in the trades.Very punctual as well. Said he'd show up at a time, was there exactly on time.He also answers questions without complaint, whether that is questions before the work is done or follow-ups after. We were referred to Alex by a trusted friend and contractor when we discovered water damage in our linen closet caused by a leak coming from our master bath toilet. Alex responded to us immediately and fit us into his schedule quickly. He arrived early, confirmed our issue (bad prior wax ring installation), and performed the repair quickly at a very reasonable cost.
