Adam, was a highly professional and accomplished mechanic analyzed and fixed a rather difficult drain issue. He explained each step and made sure that all was well before he left. I am definitely an Adam fan and a Roto-rooter fan. Reliable, timely and caring highly recommend them.
Brian showed up on time and did a very professional job. He clearly explained to me and my husband the problem with the drain clog and what he found as he was cleaning it out.
He also gave us suggestions on preventative
things we can do to keep the kitchen sink
draining freely. He cleaned up the area and was
very courteous. We were very pleased with
the service and appreciate Cynthia in their office dispatching a plumber so promptly.
We will use them again.
Jeff did an excellent job fixing the drain, once the drain was cleared, it was not 100% so Jeff re-ground the drain line until the drain worked perfectly. Also good advice on keeping the drain clear in the future.
