We had a sewer line plug up with tree roots on a Friday afternoon and Holy came out on Saturday morning and took care of it for us while we were out of town and in a tough spot. Did a great job and was very thorough.
The team helped me with a really difficult and unusual sewer lateral issue over a span of two days. They took the time to explain to me what they were seeing rather than rushing through the job. That was really important to me in this situation. I am sure they have many jobs to get to, and their calmness and patience is truly a rare customer service trait. I would absolutely recommend this company. You'll be in good hands.
We were very pleased with our service. We had bad luck with another company and immediately called America Sewer. They were able to get a plumber out quick and help us. Adam was very friendly and straightforward and we will plan on using their services again in the future. We highly recommend using them over other other big box stores.
