“We were slotted a 10 to 2 time slot. Ended up being the last appointment. Unfortunately, the tech became sick and another tech was sent . Work was completed at 3:40pm. The tech was professional and did a great job.
It would be nice if the customer was contacted when the tech knew that we would be his last job for the day. That would allow us to get some things done instead of sitting most of the day waiting.“

Gave us 3 options and quotes for the two that involved locating the leak or could replace unit. We decided will wait until spring and replace unit since no guarantees leak would be found and if it was, what would be involved in repairing it.“
