They were closed for a legal holiday but when I explained my issue to Matt he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue for over a half hour without billing anything. I ended up scheduling him to come out next week for maintenance but I'm still blown away that he spent over a half hour with me, someone who's never used their service and at that point was not a customer.“
