I’ve been using Jacob’s Ladder since the great flood of 2014 when Jacob came quickly and was able to get my hot water heater started. I was very grateful. They have always been prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. I don’t think you could ask for better service. Update 3/23/24 I had a technician Daniel trying to get my hot water heater working. We ended up having to replace it with a new one but I was very confident that everything possible was done prior to that recommendation. Arron was great! Very nice and friendly. He actually found wire issues and jump right into making sure everything was how it should be. I appreciate him so much for that. Answered my concerns and questions.
