I was worried to call to have our 28 year old furnace inspected, but Matthew came out and performed a carbon monoxide inspection. It passed but based on the age of our system they recommended a new system. No pressure at all and Matthew priced out an 80% efficiency furnace, but then told us with a Consumer’s Energy rebate and tax rebate we could go with high efficiency furnace for small difference. Then helped process the rebates. No pressure, kept every timing promise and included duct cleaning and used drop clothes during installation so no mess at all. Recommend them absolutely. Don’t typically write reviews, but the way we were treated the entire process made me want to leave one.
They’re a great company. They sent a person out almost immediately and repaired my furnace in this dire cold. Matt is a smart, intelligent professional did a great job and has a great rapport. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs emergency services or routine maintenance. They are experts at those aspects. Good job thank you.
