I was worried to call to have our 28 year old furnace inspected, but Matthew came out and performed a carbon monoxide inspection. It passed but based on the age of our system they recommended a new system. No pressure at all and Matthew priced out an 80% efficiency furnace, but then told us with a Consumer’s Energy rebate and tax rebate we could go with high efficiency furnace for small difference.
Then helped process the rebates.
No pressure, kept every timing promise and included duct cleaning and used drop clothes during installation so no mess at all.
Recommend them absolutely.
Don’t typically write reviews, but the way we were treated the entire process made me want to leave one.
Unfortunately had to replace our entire furnace in February and today our AC unit but let me tell you Arkan's has made it as least painful as possible lol Both times they were out same day to assess the damage and had everything replaced the next day. The nicest guys and complete professionals. Quality of their work speaks for itself. I don't say this often but highly recommend.
