I was worried to call to have our 28 year old furnace inspected, but Matthew came out and performed a carbon monoxide inspection. It passed but based on the age of our system they recommended a new system. No pressure at all and Matthew priced out an 80% efficiency furnace, but then told us with a Consumer’s Energy rebate and tax rebate we could go with high efficiency furnace for small difference. Then helped process the rebates. No pressure, kept every timing promise and included duct cleaning and used drop clothes during installation so no mess at all. Recommend them absolutely. Don’t typically write reviews, but the way we were treated the entire process made me want to leave one.
I would highly recommend Arkan’s Heating and Air. They installed my new furnace and hot water tank several years ago and did an excellent job. This week my air conditioner wasn’t working and I filled out their online form around 6pm and received a call in 15 minutes. They came out the next day and replaced a part on my air conditioner and gave me a good price on it. They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive and do great work.
