We had a leak spring from the ceiling on the lower level of our home, in which we could not find the source of. Hoover sent someone out the next day. Wesley, our technician, went above and beyond to find the leak, which included him having to remove drywall in several places to expose the pipes. He finally located the leaky pipe in the laundry room and was able to make the necessary repairs right on the spot. He was professional and personable, and certainly earned his pay today with all of the work he had to do. Lol. Thank you Wesley!
