Talked with them over the phone. They were able to get me in same day. Once I arrived, I was seen right away. No waiting. Had blood drawn right away, offered me water and snacks. As soon as we were done with that, I was immediately introduced to Vanessa and was in her office 2 minutes later. Results in 20 minutes. She went over everything with me in full detail. Received my first dose of meds that same day as well. 10/10 would recommend.

The owner/repair guy was very professional, courteous and he got the the job done quickly. I called and he came out the same day and diagnosed the AC issue. My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job. He also noticed my refrigerator was taken apart and even offered free advice to help me fix it. I've been having my nails done at this salon for many years, love the atmosphere and of course the people who both work there and the new owners! I've developed a nice friendship which i think is needed when returning so often (every 2 weeks).
If you would like your haircut in a bob ask for Amy. She suggested to do my haircut into a bob and I have received many compliments!

Lana always does the best job on my nails! Everyone there is great to work with. I often go in not really knowing what color or design I want, and she always helps make sure my nails look and feel great! 10/10 recommend! Photos are of the first time Lana did my nails and the most recent is for maternity photos. We don’t know if it’s a boy or girl, so she helped pick out a fun pink/blue ombre! You can see how much longer and healthier my nails are since going regularly to her☺️

I started going to Susan's of Rochester a little over 4 years ago, when I asked a coworker where she went because her hair always looked fantastic. I'm so glad I did, because I found my forever hair stylist! Susan listens to what I want and knows just how to make it happen, always making sure I'm happy before I leave. And when I can't figure out exactly what I want or how to say it, she works her magic and manages to give me what I couldn't put into words! She has great techniques on cutting and coloring my hair that look best on me. And she's always happy to explain how she dries or styles my hair so that I can do it at home. She's the best!! I highly recommend Susan, of course, but since she hand picks her stylists herself, I would also recommend anyone there!

Highly recommend Heather and Salon Monaco for extensions! We have a very unique situation, but my daughter is 10 and lost a lot of her from a medication she was on. I was seeking referrals and Heather came highly recommended. I reached out and right away she wanted to help my daughter. She explained all of her experiences and has a ton of training in different techniques. She even went as far as coming in outside of her schedule so my Daughter wouldn’t be embarrassed with customers in the salon. She was our bright spot when there was so much sadness from this condition. Heather ordered the extensions, but they weren’t going to be in in time for the daddy daughter dance. So, she said that’s ok, you’re gonna come in and I’ll do your hair for the dance. The care and attention to detail that Lindsay & Heather took with my Daughter was above and beyond. She recently got her extensions and to see her confidence level shoot up, was priceless. I will forever be grateful.

Katie is absolutely amazing very educated and so helpful, I had my second Brazilian ever with her and I was sooo nervous due to my first being extremely painful and an overall bad experience (through another salon) Katie not only was fast, accommodating (especially since I had to bring my 8 month old daughter) she was nothing Short of wonderful, & efficient the overall experience felt a lot less painful than I expected and the result is amazing. I will be continuing to get Brazilians now with her (something I totally never thought id want to again she totally changed my experience with them.)

Excellent experience! I was gifted a massage and facial package. I had to book out over a month to coordinate the two appointments back to back but it was so worth it. The scheduler and staff were great. The masseuse was so professional and talented and I felt amazing after. My facial was wonderful and relaxing, the esthetician was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I just had my first tattoo experience today and Larry did an amazing job. The studio was clean, welcoming and highlighted the talent of the artists. Larry took my idea and created it perfectly. He listened to me, made minor changes as asked and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He also has a very light hand while tattooing, so that made the experience so much better. His cost was very reasonable too. I highly reccommend Larry and his studio.

Best veterinary clinic in SE Michigan. We lived an hour away and still kept going here because it was worth the drive. Our dog Stella loves the staff and how much love/attention they show her. Our other dog Obie struggles with anxiety going to the vet, but they let us bring Stella as his emotional support dog and he does great. 10/10 stars, highly recommend

First time today with Nicholas. I have been massaged 3 times before - all wonderful, I'm just not the most comfortable person being touched. This was byfar the best experience I've had. I fell asleep multiple times which I still cannot believe. So relaxing, amazing techniques and presure. Will be back and highly recomment
I had a fabulous hour session here! I booked my appointment through their website the same day. I chose the 30 minute foot reflexology & 30 min back massage session. I recommend wearing loose, comfy clothes with minimal seams (I wore a tank w a bandeau bra so my back massage could be easy on the masseuse and more comfy for me). I will definitely be returning!
Kim is an amazing massage therapist and she focuses on your needs, her knowledge and skills level is awesome and very impressive.
