We woke up in the morning and our boiler was not working I called ignite mechanical and they were able to get a technician out to me fairly quick the communication was great with email and text and the technician called me when he was on his way. The technician was able to diagnose and get the part within an hour and after another half hour or heat was working perfectly The price was up front and fair and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received.
Mike and his company are so reliable, customer friendly and willing to come out and deal with whatever we need help with. They go WAY above and beyond with their willingness to help the business with a strong understanding of the budgeting that businesses need to stay within.
