Exceptional service! Called at 10:30 a.m. and my hot water tank was replaced by 1:30 p.m. The employees were friendly and professional. They removed the old tank and replaced with the new in minimal time. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the operation of the new tank. I highly recommend Ferrara Inc.
