Patrick installed a new water heater the same afternoon I called. No price gouging, sales tactics, or unnecessary bells and whistles. Excellent guest in the home and I will be using PM for any future needs.

Saw this company when looking for the best in my city. i have him a call and explained that I was trying to get ky mom's plumbing looked at but not as an emergency. We made an appointment for a week later early. He was there between the half hour window he stated. Here's the kicker. He looked at everything I asked for and additional items. He told me that nothing needed to be fixed, and explained what was happening and why. He explained how to work with the issues, which really weren't issues at all. Such an amazing guy, gave me tips on how to keep my bath tub looking like it’s brand new and took the time to explain what was wrong with the pipe.
