We've had Lenox Plumbing out a few times in June 2026. Michael S. is wonderful. He came out promptly, we had a toilet emergency. He ordered parts and came back the very next day. We were kept informed of times and arrivals. Michael even used booties before coming into the area(s). He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would gladly want him again for our plumbing needs. He's also getting us a quote on some other things we plan on doing.

They were transparent throughout on what needed to be done and the cost to do it. Turned into a big job and they came out on Saturday and Sunday to make sure they could get it all done as soon as possible for us.
