“Jayson has done a few jobs for us. Two complete drain replacements to the city drain system. . Both of them had to have the concrete cut and removed to install the drain pipes. Very professional and the cheapest prices I have ever seen . I could not believe the prices were so low . I had to ask to make sure the prices quoted were correct , that is how cheap they were . Also no corners were cut because of the cheap prices . They were unbelievably fast and amazingly priced . Jayson is an incredible man and I would never use anyone else period. They are the best. They pulled all permits and the cleanup was incredible . If you use someone else good luck and remember they can always come fix the mistakes some other plumbers mess up . “I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“

“Geoff West and his crew took on our job, which was a conversion from a septic system to a sewer system, that involved crossing an easement. The length of the sewer line from our house to the sewer main was about 500 feet. Because of having to tap into a sewer system at a specific spot as determined by Canton Township, Geoff had to work with the engineering department, plus get additional insurance that was dictated by the township. He did his best to get these done to our advantage. Geoff was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He would respond promptly to my texts and my phone calls. I have been burned by contractors in the past, and dealing with Geoff has restored a bit of my faith that there are some contractors who care about their customers. In addition, a member of Geoff's team, Rob, was also very helpful toward the end of the job when an injection pump was being installed. Rob made sure there area in which he work was kept clean as the installation of the pump required jackhammering through concrete. Also, Rob answered additional questions I had about our new sewer system. I would recommend West Water & Sewer Specialists to help you with your needs.“
